The 10:15 AM Service of Worship offers a traditional service, framed by the three movements of Reformed worship:
1 Preparation for the Word
2 Proclamation of the Word
3 Response to the Word
This hour-long service to is assisted by greeters, ushers, and worship leaders. Child care is provided by credentialed individuals for infants through children aged five years old.
Music is a large part of the service and includes traditional hymns, contemporary praise music, and special musical offerings. The Senior Choir leads the hymn singing and offers anthems, introits and benedictions most Sundays. Cherub, Junior and Bell choirs participate in the service monthly and on special occasions. Our church is blessed to have a wonderful pipe organ, as well as other musical instruments. Traditional creeds and prayers are sometimes spoken and sung.
Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of every month and served in the pew by Elders. All are welcome to participate in communion who wish a closer relationship with God in Christ.
Most services are followed by a Coffee Hour fellowship immediately following the service to enjoy refreshments, snacks, and good company. All are encouraged to attend!
